Os investimentos são focados em prédios pequenos (de até 10 apartamentos, todos voltados para locação), bem localizados, com fácil acesso a transporte público e com um business plan simples: adquirir prédios, renovar/retrofitar os apartamentos, alugá-los e vendê-los – tudo em um prazo entre 5 a 8 anos.
