Investment Strategy

O Itaú RBR Desenvolvimento Logístico (ILOG11) é um Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário (FII) com foco em desenvolvimento de imóveis destinados para empreendimentos logísticos localizados no município de São Paulo. O fundo tem retorno alvo de 25,1% a.a. líquido de impostos e taxas para pessoa física, prazo estimado de 36 meses e pipeline de projetos já aprovados em Guarulhos e Tamboré.
