As operações contam com garantias de ativos AAA em localizações prime, como Faria Lima, Pinheiros e Jardins, e apresentam em média 65% de LTV (1,5x de razão de garantia), ou seja, para cada R$1,00 de dívida, há R$1,50 em garantia.
A originação própria (ancoragem RBR) é outro diferencial, que garante agilidade na alocação e acesso a operações com taxas superiores à média do mercado, considerando o mesmo nível de risco.
