The Fund began operations on April 17, 2023. The management fee is up to 1.30% per year, calculated on the Fund’s book net asset value according to the following scale: from BRL 0 to BRL 150 million: 1.30% p.a.; from BRL 150 to BRL 350 million: 1.29% p.a.; from BRL 350 to BRL 600 million: 1.28% p.a.; from BRL 600 to BRL 800 million: 1.27% p.a.; from BRL 800 to BRL 1,000 million: 1.26% p.a.; and above BRL 1,000 million: 1.25% p.a. The performance fee corresponds to 20% per semester of the returns exceeding the CDI rate. The Fund is intended for the general public. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The disclosed profitability is not net of taxes. Investment in the Fund is not guaranteed by the administrator, the manager, any insurance mechanism, or by the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC). To properly assess the performance of investment funds, it is recommended to analyze results over a minimum period of 12 (twelve) months.
