ESG – A different approach to Real Estate Investing

RBR has in its core value, since its foundation in 2014, focused on high governance standards and responsible ways of investing, which are rooted throughout all its strategies and relationships (OUR DNA).

By combining the commitment of continuously evolving our investment approach with the relevance that a Real Estate Manager may impose on a developing country such as Brazil, RBR created a committee dedicated to evaluating, establishing and defining methods in which we can do better investments.

As a work in progress, the committee has consolidated our initiatives and worked together with the investment teams to standardize the decision-making process towards ESG factors, which we believe will bring more value to clients in the long term.

As a public sign of that commitment, RBR joined as a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investments in November 2020.
