10 recommended real estate funds to invest in August

This month, our RBRR11 fund is featured in the monthly portfolio of real estate funds published by CNN Brasil Business.

Every month, the site brings together ten papers from the sector, selected based on recommendations from brokers and analysis houses.

“At the end of June, the fund announced the end of its 6th issue of quotas, raising almost R$ 279 million, in which 85% of the amount has already been allocated. The fund has 37 CRIs in its portfolio, with an average rate of CDI + 2.74% and duration of 3.5 years”, highlight the analysts.
