Brazilian money in ‘Hipsterland’: RBR manager invests in buildings in Brooklyn

The most recent acquisitions of RBR Club I, one of RBR Asset’s international investment vehicles, were the focus of the “Capital” column of the newspaper O Globo. The manager bought three buildings in Brooklyn, in the Fort Greene, Cobble Hill and Clinton Hill neighborhoods to complete the portfolio, which amounts to approximately US $ 50 million and is managed by Daniel Malheiros, CFA, RBR Asset’s offshore head.
