Is it time to abandon real estate funds?

RBR Asset participated in a report on the E-Investidor website about the future prospects for the real estate funds market. RBR partner Bruno Nardo dos Santos said that in the AAA corporate slabs sector the situation is comfortable, with low vacancies especially in more noble regions and the expectation is for prices to rise in the next 12 months. “In triple A, we are still a buyer. It is not any tenant who can pay R $ 200 per square meter. They are tough companies, with good payment capacity, that will not break. The resilience of the asset is enormous ”, he says.
