The charm of offshore funds

The CEO of RBR Asset, Ricardo Almendra, is in this month ediçãos issue of Revista Investidor Institucional talking about real estate investments abroad, one of the main businesses of the manager.

He highlights the growth of the strategy, which already accumulates more than R$700 million in total.

“These are investments that yield 15% a year in dollars and we already glimpsed a more nervous Brazil”, says Almendra. The international real estate investment strategy has never made so much sense for diversification!
