RBR Asset seeks $100 million to “incorporate” (even more) in New York

The launch of RBR Club 3 was the subject of an article published this Wednesday, June 22, by NeoFeedBrasil.

This is our third investment fund with a mandate to buy small residential buildings in New York (the so-called brownstones) and then renovate, rent and sell them.

RBR Asset has already consolidated this investment thesis with two previous funds, which have 41 residential buildings in NYC. With RBR Club 3, our goal is to buy 40 more properties.
