Real estate funds register strong demand

The CEO of RBR Asset spoke to Valor Econômico about the scenario for real estate funds, which registered strong demand in 2020 amid restrictions on the functioning of trade and the migration of companies to the home office model in the pandemic. He explained how corporate slabs in São Paulo’s premium regions proved resilient. “I am not aware of companies that have delivered offices in the regions of Itaim and of the avenues Berrini and Juscelino Kubitscheck”, he says.
