Reits BDRs: An Asset Made Easy to Invest in US Real Estate

Daniel Malheiros, managing partner and portfolio manager of the international investment area at RBR Asset, collaborated with a recent news report published by EXAME bringing a bit of his view on the BDRs (receipts of assets traded abroad) of Reits (Real Estate Investment Trust) , which allow access to the US housing market.

With an eye on this market, in December 2020 RBR set up precisely a vehicle with such a strategy, the first in the Brazilian market, and which already accumulates more than 30% of return this year.
