Sector grows strongly
The CEO of RBR Asset, Ricardo Almendra, gave an interview to Investidor Institucional Magazine, commenting on the heated scenario for real estate funds. For him, one of the main advantages in this type of investment is high diversification. Currently, managed real estate investment trusts (REITs) explore niches that are still little known in Brazil, such as data centers, mobile phone towers and self storage. “They are good options for both individuals and institutional investors, who in the United States account for 75% of that market.”
