River One, a corporate building purchased by the RBR Properties fund, appears in fifth place in the list of the ten largest real estate deals in São Paulo in 2021 prepared by SiiLA.BR, a data and analysis company on the real estate market in Latin America, at the request of Bloomberg line

Located in Pinheiros, in the West Zone of São Paulo, River One was sold by the developer SDI to the RBR Properties fund for R$420 million, which completed the acquisition of the building in July 2021. The deal was announced in a material fact on December 2020. The building has 23,625 square meters of gross leasable area.
