Vitreo and RBR launch product to invest in US real estate funds

The first fund in Brazil to actively manage REITs, US investment vehicles similar to real estate funds, was the subject of an EXAME report. The fund was launched in partnership with RBR Asset and Vitreo. “The pandemic created great opportunities in this market and the assets are very cheap”, says Daniel Malheiros, CFA, partner and head of the offshore area at RBR Asset.
