“Firsts” of FIIs, REITs yield 41% in 2021

The article also highlights that the RBR Reits US Dollar FIC FIA fund yielded 61.3% in reais in 2021. The portfolio allocates 80% in BDRs (Brazilian Depositary Receipts), a kind of copies of American REITs traded on B3, and 20% directly on US-listed assets.
