Real estate fund in the USA attracts Brazilians

Today’s Valor Econômico news report explains what REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) are and how this type of investment has been attracting more and more Brazilians.

RBR Asset partner Daniel Malheiros, CFA, says that in the United States, at least 25% of the population already invests in this type of asset, while here in Brazil it is estimated that only 1% of investors are investing in it. In other words, it is a promising market, with plenty of room for growth.
