Sao Paulo’s RBR advances in the real estate market in NY

RBR Asset was in the edition of the Broadcast Column (ESTADÃO), after closing the sale of the third residential building in New York, part of RBR Club I.

The deal closed for US $ 13.2 million and an internal rate of return (IRR) of approximately 30% in dollars, in addition to a cap rate of 3.7% per year.
